IT Solutions | Ministry & Technology Strategist
Wilson Fernandes, Jr. brings together two complementary vocations: Christian ministry and technology. With more than 35 years of experience in ministry and over 20 years in information technology, he has dedicated his professional and spiritual journey to helping churches, theological institutions, and faith-based organizations fulfill their missions. His unique combination of pastoral insight and technical expertise enables him to understand both the human and technological dimensions of organizational growth.
Originally from Brazil, Wilson has served in various areas of Christian leadership, including pastoral ministry, worship, teaching, and leadership development. He currently serves as a co-pastor and worship leader at ICC Atlanta in Georgia. His years of ministry have shaped his conviction that technology should never replace human relationships, but rather strengthen the Church’s ability to educate, communicate, preserve its heritage, and serve its communities.
As a technology professional and founder of DevProMaster, Wilson specializes in software development, digital infrastructure, organizational systems, and technology strategy. Through his work, he helps ministries, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations transform complex technological challenges into practical, sustainable solutions. DevProMaster reflects his personal philosophy of Developing for the Master, bringing professional excellence and Christian purpose together in service to others.
At the Justo and Catherine González Resource Center, Wilson contributes his technical expertise to the development and maintenance of digital resources, the preservation and accessibility of theological collections, and the continued improvement of the Center’s online presence. His work supports the Center’s mission of making valuable theological scholarship and the legacy of Justo and Catherine González accessible to new generations of students, researchers, and ministry leaders.
Wilson sees his dual experience in ministry and technology not simply as two professional paths, but as complementary gifts entrusted to him for service. He believes that innovation becomes truly meaningful when it serves people, expands access to knowledge, and strengthens the mission of the Church. Guided by this conviction, he continues building bridges between faith, education, and technology, helping organizations honor their history while preparing for the future.
